Behavior Counseling. Thousands of dogs end up in shelters or euthanized every year for behavior problems. Many of these problems can be avoided or managed. Behavior modification in canines is a science and new advances are being made in the field of behavior all the time. When your pet has a behavior problem, we will help and guide you in managing and changing the undesired behavior. We specialize in aggression, fears, abnormal behavior, and problem pets. All behavior counseling sessions are conducted by a Certified Canine Behavior Counselor and include; an assessment/diagnosis of the problem, behavior modification plan, treatment plan, and a written report for your vet. Some behavior problems require a veterinary exam prior to the start of treatment, which may include blood work.
